Premium/My membership is in a “Suspended” status. What does this mean?

If your membership is in “Suspended” status, it means that we could not make automatic payment of the Tinaba Premium fee. Please verify that you have a sufficient balance for payment, otherwise reload your account. Please note that if your Premium membership remain in “Suspended” status for more than 2 months, it will be automatically deactivated and you will be charged a 20 euro penalty fee
